It began with a heartfelt and genuine conversation, over a cup of afternoon tea, on how to build a successful property development company. Being somewhat idealistic, we want it to be a different kind of company. We examined our values & beliefs knowing that there are some things we should never trade such as hard work 克勤 and honesty 诚信 . We also know that it is important to be responsible to customer needs yet to be socially responsive in our efforts in building a better house at every opportunity. And there are also things we should just go ahead & do it 立行. To this day, those values and beliefs continue to guide us forward 动力 - a direct manifestation of our commitments when we started out back then in 2000.
