I recently bought a unit in Batu Kawan for investment. An agent suggested converting it into a room rental (co-living) setup for a higher rental yield. He claims the rental can go much higher but honestly, I’m not sure how realistic or sustainable this is. Anyone here actually doing this? Does it really perform better than normal rental… or is it just sales talk?
